What we collect, and why

When you use our contact form, we collect:

• your name
• your email address
• your company or organisation (optional)
• the area of interest you select
• whatever you write in the message field

We use this only to reply to you and to discuss working together. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

Legal basis: we process this information because it is in our legitimate interest to respond to people who contact us about our services.

Where it goes

Your submission is emailed to us and is also stored in this website’s database, which is hosted by Hostinger. Only people working for us can see it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch — no longer than 24 months. If our conversation becomes an ongoing client relationship, normal business records apply instead.

Booking a call

If you click through to book a call, that booking happens on Google Calendar, on Google’s own site. Anything you enter there is handled under Google’s privacy policy, not this one.

Cookies and tracking

We do not run advertising or analytics tracking on this site. WordPress may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies so the site works properly. We do not use them to profile you.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• show you the personal information we hold about you
• correct it if it is wrong
• delete it
• stop using it for a particular purpose
